Freeze Drying Process:

Freeze drying (lyophilization) is a preservation method that removes water from real, fresh ingredients. The product is first frozen, then exposed to a vacuum, causing ice to sublimate directly into vapor without melting. This process preserves structure, nutrients and flavour, creating lightweight, shelf-stable food, fully packed with the same nutritional value as raw food.
